Saginaw United trains with a different energy under new coach James King

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) – The James King era is underway for Saginaw United soccer.

He and his coaching staff have brought a new energy to the Phoenix.

The chemistry between the players is evident. King said there are now more than 80 student-athletes in the program.

The Phoenix team struggled last season, but has turned the page and is focused on this year. The players feel it’s a clean slate.
