Primark to open in September at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills

Primark, an international retailer offering quality fashion at affordable prices, has announced that it will open a new store at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills in September 12.

The retailer’s first store in the state of MichiganPrimark will offer more than 36,600 sq ft of retail space stocking the latest fashion trends and home essentials, as well as homewares and beauty products at what the company claims are “affordable prices”.

The new store is part of Primark’s continued expansion into the US market. The new opening will take Primark to 27 stores across 11 US states. There are more than 450 stores worldwide.

Beginning Thursday 12 of september in 11am, Primark will kick off its opening weekend with a live DJ spinning tunes, giveaways and local treats (on a first-come, first-serve basis).

With denim from $10 and t-shirts in $4Primark offers a wide collection of licensed products at moderate prices, including Disney and sports offerings, including Detroit Pistons and Detroit Lions collections.

To help shoppers find what they are looking for at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, Primark’s website allows customers to browse its product offering and check which products are available at their local store.

With preparations for the autumn opening underway, Primark’s Talent Acquisition team is currently seeking retail colleagues to fill full and part-time positions. All available roles can be viewed on the Primark careers site.

Sales associates are offered a base salary starting at $15.25 one hour, and $0.50 per hour increases after 6 months and 12 months of employment, respectively.

Primark Recruitment Centres at Great Lake Crossing Outlets will continue to operate over the coming weeks, and interested candidates are encouraged to apply online for positions of interest or visit the recruitment centre for an in-person interview.

The recruiting center is open Wednesday through Sunday from From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. over the next few weeks at the Primark Recruitment Centre located between Rally’s and the Sleep Number store.
